We have a state of the art Microbiological Lab and have the expertise to use our microbiological testing services to deliver a wide range of applications & solutions to the industry.
Our microbiology laboratory is equipped with a Class I Biosafety Area and a Class III Inoculum Area. The flooring is epoxy-coated, and there is a separate AHU for particulate air for good hygiene and accurate test results.
An analysis of a range of microbes and pathogens can be done with our microbiology laboratory for food, water, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.

Microbial limit test for Product Safety –
Microbial analysis of food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical raw materials, intermediates, and finished products is very important to ensure that the content of diseasecausing pathogens and the microbial load is within the limits mentioned in the specification to ensure that the products are safe for consumption or the intended use of the end user.
Microbial content is a very important parameter that must be analyzed and recorded to carry out stability studies of food and nutraceutical products to verify and conclude if the product is stable and safe for consumption or the intended use for its entire shelf life.
Cleaning validation and verification (by the swab technique)
Sanitation is a vital aspect in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical, food, and nutraceutical products. Cleaning procedures should be validated and verified to be thoroughly effective. The swab technique provides documented and trustworthy evidence that equipment is safe for its intended use.
Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling)
Regular microbial monitoring of the air in controlled environments such as manufacturing areas for pharmaceutical, food, and nutraceutical produces measures the air quality and identifies critical situations. This study examines active and passive samples to find any correlations in microbial contamination.
Microbiological analysis is used to determine if the microbial content of the product is within acceptable limits for end use.
We provide technical expertise to conduct microbiological analysis for a wide range of applications where microbial analysis can be used as an effective tool to determine important features and characteristics of the product.
Microbiological assay of Vitamins in food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products
Microbiological assay is an elaborated comparison of the exhibition of growth of the microbes by a measured concentration of the vitamins under investigation against that produced by the known concentrations of a standard preparation of vitamins with a known concentration.
Microbiological assay of antibiotics in pharmaceutical products
A microbiological assay for antibiotics is an elaborated comparison of the inhibition of growth of the microbes by a measured concentration of the antibiotics under investigation against that produced by the known concentrations of a standard preparation of antibiotic with a known activity.
Pyrogen testing/bacterial endotoxin test
Pyrogens are fever-causing substances and the metabolic products of bacteria. They may be produced by bacteria, yeast, or moulds. They can come from solvents, containers, drugs, or manufacturing equipment. Pyrogens can cause high temperatures and pain in the body, even in small doses.Due to the severity of pyrogens, manufacturers must make sure that pyrogen levels are within certain limits for pharmaceutical produce, cosmetics, and medical devices.
We offer three test methods: the rabbit pyrogen test (RPT), the The Limulus Amoebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay, and the bacterial endotoxin test.
• Sterility testing for hospital/surgical items, injectables, and sterile pharmaceutical products
• Microbial limit tests/bioburden/Microbial contamination detection
• Antimicrobial effectiveness of preservatives/ Preservative efficacy test (AET/PET)
• Bacterial Endotoxin Test
• Disinfectant Efficacy Test
