We have a state of the art Microbiological Lab and have the expertise to use our microbiological testing services to deliver a wide range of applications & solutions to the industry.

Our microbiology laboratory is equipped with a Class I Biosafety Area and a Class III Inoculum Area. The flooring is epoxy-coated, and there is a separate AHU for particulate air for good hygiene and accurate test results.

An analysis of a range of microbes and pathogens can be done with our microbiology laboratory for food, water, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.

Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling)

Pyrogen testing/bacterial endotoxin test

Pyrogens are fever-causing substances and the metabolic products of bacteria. They may be produced by bacteria, yeast, or moulds. They can come from solvents, containers, drugs, or manufacturing equipment. Pyrogens can cause high temperatures and pain in the body, even in small doses.Due to the severity of pyrogens, manufacturers must make sure that pyrogen levels are within certain limits for pharmaceutical produce, cosmetics, and medical devices.

We offer three test methods: the rabbit pyrogen test (RPT), the The Limulus Amoebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay, and the bacterial endotoxin test.
